Standard production orders:
Cancellations must be requested via email ( info@justbuttons.org) OR over the phone (1-800-564-2924) within one business day. A full refund will be processed if no production work has begun on your order. All graphic work done by our artists for you is non-refundable. If graphic design work has been done for your order prior to your cancellation, you will be billed for the graphic designers' time.
After one business day depending on how far we have gotten into production, we may be able to stop production and charge you only for the time and materials used.
RUSH orders are processed immediately. If you choose to cancel you will be billed for any time and materials used in the production of your order.
