With USPS there is NO WAY for us to intercept the package once it has left our warehouse.
If the address was incomplete you will have to wait for the package to be sent back to us.
With UPS we ARE able to change the shipping address once a package has shipped and left our warehouse. Please call us as soon as possible so we can make that change for you. Changing the address after it has shipped from our warehouse would have an address correction fee of $15.00.
All address changes take 24 hours to process and will delay your delivery date by 1 full business day.
